Barre is the first modality Kira ever taught when it all started nearly 10 years ago in NYC!
Barre is a full body strengthening, lengthening and toning workout. You work high repetition, low weight or body weight isometric muscle contractions combined with stretches in between. Expect a lot of burn, intensity and results! This class is the perfect balance of strength and flexibility, and will leave you feeling much longer and lighter. Overtime, you will grow stronger mentally and physically. It’s suggested to take 4 classes per week.
