A very high energy, cardio based class teaching the 6 main punches of Western boxing technique as well as a variety of elbows, knees and kicks used in traditional Muay Thai technique. Kira trained in Muay Thai throughout her three years of travel in Southeast Asia including in Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Hong Kong & Singapore. She has also trained in multiple locations in the U.S. She utilizes the methods learned in her studies abroad in classes she teaches today.
